The script was confirmed old and unfinished. "Don't fool yourself" either.
Yeah, right. That's what they say, because people started cancel their preorders. I'd say the same.

Because maybe a dozen people on this site cancelled their pre-orders? Ha. Yeah, right.

Considering how outdated Xbox 360 is nowadays, it will certainly dip below 30 fps from time to time. As far as I know ME2 does that too.YNation913 wrote...
I noticed that the trailer was using the PC version of the game which makes sense considering it looked gorgeous with a smooth framerate. Should I be concerned over whether the 360 version will choke during all the chaos of those scenes?

They said the script has "changed a little bit" and that things can be experienced differently when you view them moving on screen and hear the voiceovers, vs just reading the script.ArcanaLegacy wrote...

In other words no, don't expect any extensive changes.

Just install the game on the hard drive and it'll be fine.

It's just a detail, but it's cool to see parts of the lore coming to the scene.

Awesome trailer but I think Bioware really needs to show some of the improved RPG mechanics on an episode of BiowareTV so people can finally stop ****ing.
Im actually LOVING the marketing so far! But I wouldnt mind seeing some more of the gameplay features to further wet my appetite ;P

Meh, I could care less whether the script was leaked. I havent read a word of it. I avoid spoilers.
But the fact that might annoy me is that BW might have actually changed up some things due to some complaints :/ They should do want the vision was regardless. They have made the series so incredible, Im afraid that something will be altered wrongfully just because some people got upset. BW should know they can't please everyone.

Anyone thing that the fighter in the beginning of the trailer was shot down by a guardian type laser from the reaper? Although it looks like its main bean, it wasn't prolonged as it's used to be, it was more of a flash... much different from the ones that fired down the transporters on Earth.

Or it could just be a more controlled shot, since there's no point in maintaining a beam for that long when you're shooting down fighters.

Wholly circumstantial; if the game is installed to the hard drive, it will run smooth and fine. The issue is only really noticeable when running it off the disk.Tup3xi wrote...

I would agree that it is controlled shot as the reaper is shooting multiple very short bursts, what looked like it's main weapon, while Shepard is running towards it.

Yup. It's definitely the best way to play on the 360.LPPrince wrote...
People should always install their games to their HDD's anyway. Unless the games work like Halo 3 did.

Of course, if you're like Baron(who has a 25Gb HDD) you're better off just upgrading and getting a bigger HDD.
Or an Xbox 360S, since the damn things are quiet as hell, come with a 250Gb HDD, and is just awesome as hell.

I heard many people flaming on too much action and calling it "Gears of Mass Effect".

This trailer says that ME3 has gone full shooter, and it makes me sad. The original soul of ME is lost for good. ME1 was a RPG with shooter elements. ME2 was a hybrid shooter/cinematic RPG. Here, from what they've shown, they are advertising an over-the-top Gears of War killer shooter with RPG elements. But we'll see if the final product is true to its marketing. I sincerely hope not.
At least, let's hope the story will be satisfying with proper closure for each character.
