Tali for Miranda.

I'd also trade Liara for Mordin, Garrus for Kasumi, and Vega for Zaeed. So basically I'd swap everyone but Ashley. Data on Vega is insufficient to really decide I want someone else at this point, admittedly, but with what we currently know, I'd prefer Zaeed.

No one. First, Everyone lived in my Canon playthru, and I don't know enough about the up and coming squadmates that will be introduced in ME 3 to be able to tell.

You might want to edit that... Some people don't know about that certain squadmate and would rather keep it that way. Or at least add a spoiler tag.

Actually, I agree with this.  If he's a DLC character, he's obviously not integral to the plot, so I'd rather they have all died out instead in this case.

and as much as he annoyed me, he was aproaching Miranda with his usefulness in a fight for me.

I pretty much never use Tali in either of Mass Effect 1 or 2 and I don't see it changing in ME3. I tried too. I had a full playthrough of ME1 with Tali as one of the squadmates (got my quarian ally) and I tried recruiting her as soon as she was available in ME2 and taking her everywhere. I like her as a character. but I like others more and I definitely found most other squadmates to be more useful then her in combat.

unless "spoiler" squadmate will turn out to be even worse then I think they will be. in wich case, I'll keep Tali and replace "spoiler" instead.

As usual, I'm going to have to agree with you... 

And, damn, we certainly do have alot in common as I never really used Tali either...except to get that Quarian Ally mod...LOL( she was renered useless in Mass Effect 2 with the lack geth or machine based missions)...

Among other things he has the cojones to stand up to Shepard and even threaten him/her over screwing HIS mission up. Sure, there's the lame charm option to turn him into a whimpering pup but it's the thought that counts.

Definitely Liara for Miranda (if we need replacement for plot side) or Jack (for gameplay).

Very likely I'd replace both spoiler squadmates with Kasumi and Samara / Morinth.

The last ones are major spoilers, so they're not being mentioned by me.

I'd take out Garrus and replace him with whoever died on Virmire, alive and ready to kick some ass!

What do I see? Excellent voice acting. He's a perfect badass, experienced and ruthless with a bit of charm. The character model fits the voice as well. And he's not a pansy like Kaiden.

Ashley
Kasumi
and one that is rumored (I haven't read the spoilers myself) and naturally quite tech-savvy
