Liara with Legion

Actually, almost anyone would be preferable over Liara. I don't like her for some reason (a gut feeling mostly) and because I play as an adept she's superfluous in terms of gameplay.

:happy: It certainly didn't help.

But no, as I said it is just a gut feeling. Sometimes there isn't any clear-cut reason why you dislike a character, you just do.  I don't hate Liara, I just don't care for her.

You're not alone. Its my understanding that Liara has a huge fan base, but I never took a liking to her either.

Geez. After hearing who the unannounced squaddies are...I kind of understand WHY they're unannounced. I hate them.

I'd replace Liara with Samara. Hell, I'd replace Liara with herpes.

Replace Liara with a cycled airlock. I do not want that stalker on my ship. Gimme Samara instead.

Replace Vega, as fun as he seems, with Awesomesaurus Wrex or Grunt.

Replace Gynoid with Legion.

I would drop Liara in a second. I never understood the appeal of that weak, naive, codependent creeper. We should have gotten Shiala originally. She's a commando so her biotics are vastly superior to Liara's. She was working directly with Saren and Benezia, so she could have actually given us information unlike Liara's useless self. She's the only person to EVER come back from indoctrination. And she has proven to have a strong personality. She selflessly dedicates herself to rebuilding Zhu's Hope and if your Shepard is insane enough to decide she deserves death, then she just gets on her knees and accepts her fate. Shiala has proven herself more so than any of Shepard's actual companions and I would trade her for anyone except for maybe Wrex, Kasumi, or Mordin. I have never seen such wasted potential and it really is a shame bioware decides that nerdy little liara is the only Asari you can have a true romance with </3
