I'd replace Vega with Miranda or Legion. Miranda was used in pretty much all of my ME2 careers, and Legion was just awesome. After seeing the two spoiler squadmates I have to say that I'm actually pretty excited for them.

Well, I have all the squaddies I want, though if I could I would change the VS for Wrex. My perfect squad would be Liara + Garrus, Vega or Wrex.

Vega for Mordin. ME already has a huge list of major characters so i'm not sure what a human soldier can bring to the table, maybe i'll be proved wrong though. Mordin is my favorite character so i'd rather see more of him.

I'm not sure what BW was thinking with the secret squaddies. My hyped dropped like bricks in a bag made out of bricks.

Edit: I'd love to have other squaddies, but it wouldn't make sense, that's why I didn't put Wrex (among others) in.

I don't think anyone liked spoilermates to begin with. They are intrusive (more than Vega could ever hope to be) in more ways than one.

You know, without knowing every detail pertaining to the two spoilermates, I'm actually interested in them. And as long as Vega doesn't turn into something straight out of Gears of War, I'm willing to give the guy a chance.

Toss out the Virmire Survivor for Mordin or Wrex. Toss out Liara for Jack or Gillian Grayson.

The rest of the squad is great. I've read a huge majority of the leaked script. Both of the secret squadmates are written really well. You couldn't convince me to trade them away unless one of Team Dextro wasn't permanent.

Assuming that spoilermate #1 is the DLC character, then yes.

Well, natch. This is BSN after all. But whereas I can see being neutral/not caring for a character, "hating" it/him/her is far too much work to be put into playing a video game.
