If I install the game on my other computer, which is newer and should work better with the game, will the DLCs follow on to the other computer or will they be lost?

I've never done it. Why not see what any of the prior threads about the same subject say?

https://www.google.c...e to another PC

Google claimed to find over 10,000 threads, but I'm sure they exaggerated.

I've done it many, many times. (Same machine. Complete un-/re-installs)
As GA said, Google is your friend.

You can transfer to a newer machine aslong as you have to same e-mail and pass to log in

So the DLC will remain to the game even though it's being installed to a different pc?
I don't need to save any files and transfer and stuff like that?
No new code or something to enable it again?

Install it on the new machine just as you initially did on that one. Download, install DLC , log in via the game to activate DLC.
Think of it as installing for the first time, not transfering, it might make more sense to you that way.

After installing, if you want to copy the documents/bioware/dragonAge2 folder and let it merge or overwrite the new on, you can do that via any removable media (SD Card, Flash Drive, Disk, etc...) Not required unless you want to move saved games, mods and third party custom content (like things form Dragon Age Nexus).
