Hi,

Baaaasically, I had the mass effect 2 version with the Cerberus key, set it up to correspond with an email account with EA... and then forgot the password. The issue being that the email address in question was a university account, which, as I have now graduated, I can no longer access.

Anyway, I imported some of the old .mbox files into thunderbird to try to find some details, and clicked a random link to see if they were still live...and my account was deactivated. A brilliant combination of stupid and unlucky.

So, is there any way to reactivate an account?

Failing that, can the cerberus content be installed and accessed without starting a new game?

Also, the main reason I reinstalled this game was to give the new DLC a go... just shelled out on Arrival, Kasumi, Shadow Broker and Overlord, to be told that it can't be verified and used without that Cerberus account from my last post...

Hello, I believe the Points.bioware.com Site Help forum is the appropiate place too ask about this.
