my desktop has this graphics will it play this game? I have this game but I dont wont to install it in the computer if its not going to play.

It will depend on your definition of "play", since that wasn't designed for game playing the way that an HD 6670 was, so it will be slow in some places unless the screen resolution is dialed back several notches. DA: O is relatively low in graphics demand compared to DA 2, and for a business grade, "entry level" card, the HD 6450 has a leg up on the rather weak 5450, which some folks have used and been satisfied with. In other words, "it all depends" on your own sense of what is good enough.

I did forget to mention that there are both a "fairly good" HD 6450, and another, "not so good" one, with different grades and speeds of VRAM, one with the same GDDR3 that the HD 5450 had, and the better one with the far faster GDDR5 RAM.
