This is my first playthrough, I got to the Sith Academy in Korriban, me and
Carth faced Dustil and he asked for proof that the Sith are evil, I went
on with the mission and after aquiring the Star Map I chose to kil both Uthar
and Yuthara and everyone else in the academy (because my charecater is
THAT awesome) but when I go to Dustil's room he attacks me like everyone
else in the academy, if I kill him and talk to Carth Carth doesn't
mention anything about his death he just says "let's find something to
prove to him the Sith are evil", also Uthar's room is locked and if I
exit the academy I cannot reenter...



Luckily I have a save right after finding the Star Map and before having
to choose between Uthar and Yuthara, do I have to choose one of them in
order to find the proof for Dustil? is there a way I can get the proof
AND kill everyone in the academy?

Unfortunately once you've entered the tomb of Naga Sadow, it is too late. Whatever eventual evidence you must find, you must find it before you venture inside the tomb. If you've a save before you go into the tomb, I'd load it if I were you.

^ My last save before that is the leviathan mission, dammit why don't people learn from Crysis and make a system that does not overwrite the last autosave...

Before going into the tomb, sneak into the Headmaster's quarters, and you'll have the evidence there.
