I've downloaded this add on for my xbox about 4 times now and for some reason it keeps telling me its corrupt and wont put the new armor on Garrus but it does for Thane and Jack. Any known ways to correct this?

Seeing that it sort of works, as you can get it to work for Thane and Jack, that rules out an account problem straight away. It really does seem to point to a corrupted download. If there was no corrupt message I would lean towards a game issue (that you haven't done Garrus' loyalty mission), but again that seems to have been ruled out.

Maybe someone else has insight into what you're experiencing. Also...EA support if no further help from us here.

Yeah, its strange. My son doesn't get that message when he plays. Just me. Thanks for answering. I will try EA and if they don't know I suppose I'll just let it go since its not a game breaker or anything. Just that annoying message every time I start up ME2.

Very strange if another Gamertag doesn't have a problem, as that rules out the actual dlc itself being a problem. Are you permanently connected to XBox Live? If you are I think the only thing I could suggest is recovering your Gamertag to see if that does anything to alleviate the situation.

Either way, hope you find a solution.

Ok, I have all the different armors for the 3 characters after downloading it again, but it still says its corrupt. Since the armors are working though I think I'll leave well enough alone, lol. Thank you so much OBakaSama for answering
