I bought Witch Hunt and everything went smoothely until installation. I just kept pressing okay... okay... I agree until it asked me to save it where Dragon Age Origins is installed. So I clicked the DAO folder inside "Applications" but it keeps rejecting it and asking me again and again!

Did you try ~/Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/? Also, make sure your user account has administrator priviledges and thus read/write access to all DA folders.
