This is hell ! 
Searched the whole NET but, there is no info where to get them O___O

Only thing i found was something like "oh bracers of dexterity ? yeah, they are a good alternative to..."

So the question is .... rare random drop ? (When to expect it ? 3rd act ?)

Only bracers of armor and some bracers with +2 str are craftable in OC (we are in OC section, arent we?)

I was thinking of armor, not DEX.

I don't know then, I believe you can craft a +8 DEX belt, but belts are also for STR, so you may have to choose. You probably can find or buy some bracers, I haven't played the OC for a long time.

Well ... thats a pain ... want them so much in OC >_<
I wonder ... how random loot containers work ...
Do they randomize when you open them, or do they randomize when you enter the map ?

When you open them. However, I imagine that Bracers of Dexterity will by and large be placed rather than generated. I can't imagine that even the devs of the OC would in their right minds put Bracers of Dexterity +8 anywhere though (those are MotB items, they should go up to +6 at best in the OC I think). Basically you *might* find some bracers, but it's not certain. Probably they'd be in stores rather than anywhere else, too.

thought: Bracers +8 Dex are so powerful they're probly only to be had by crafting w/ a mod like The Complete Craftsman ++
