 I bought and completed mark of he assassin long before the deadline for the deep green, i even clicked the link redeem the item was able to download the item and use/equip it in game, however it is now gone. after the recent x-bow dashboar update i went to play DA II (it required an update, it seems to always need one i don't think they're saving properly) and now with the update complete the deep green is missing from my unlockables list, all of my other items are there, can anyone provide assistance?

On a side note i'm also unable to get this site to recognise my achievements and let me obtain the 2 new promo items.

Just did a quick check and t is still in my registered game content list, just not in my game...

Try to clear you xbox 360 system cache. Then try restarting the game. This will help with the messed up updating ad hopefully solve your issue.
