I don't think they'll be able to breath. According to Tali, their immune systems have become so weak (which is a mislabelling, by the way -- quarian immune systems are actually hypersensitive) that they would need years of bioengineering to live (unsuited) on Rannoch.

She could be wrong, of course, but that would feel rather retcon-y.

Personally I liked the ME 2 love scenes they just leave the nudity to the imagination. But I too have a feeling the nudity is the banshees. It's not going to be a huge bummer to me if the love scenes are like ME 2 as I thought most of them were good. And if you want nudity well thats what mods are for.
