Garrus - Because my Femshep romanced him and I want to see how it's resolved. 

Legion - Because I didn't get to play much with him in ME2. He's awesome and I really wanna see the Geth megastructure.

Grunt - Because I wanna see my pet krogan grow up and kick Reaper ass.

The Turian Councillor - Because I wanna see him squirm in his seat when I say "I told you so!". Also, it'll be fun if Shepard does the air quote thing.

For me there are only three key all important characters that hold the story together, without which or if one is poorly represented ME3 would collapse on itself:

In order:

1) Tali
2) Legion
3) Mordin

All of them, but Kelly Chambers stands out the most. I would say she is in a tie between my other female character in the ME games, which is Ashley Williams. From what I've heard, there is a high chance of romancing Kelly in ME3.

im hopeing they put some of the people from ME1 into ME3 as new encounters for ps3 players, or just add them in as we already knew them.

The thing is they don't want to confuse players with NPCs the player has never seen before acting like they know shep so they killed off everyone that could have died in ME1.....I doubt that's going to change. But the biggest loss and what really cripples ME2 & 3 on the PS3 is the loss of all the smaller choices that the 360 and PC saves import from ME1. The first game really is huge and lays the foundation for the franchise, missing out on it and all the things that can be carried onwards from it are a big deal IMO.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone! Whether it's characters I love or hate...I still can't wait to see what they're up to. Especially Kaidan, Jack, Joker, Wrex, Kasumi, and Gianna Parasini. I'm hoping we get to see Gianna in action. Also really want to see the Rachni queen!
