i'm sure in DA 2 that it mentions your warden if they sacrificed themself and died.
However does it say anything if the warden were to have sacrificed themself and somehow resurected back into DA awakening and played Golems of Am and Witch Hunt? Is the warden still dead or alive depending on playing DA awakening?
Question about the Warden's survival outcome

If you imported your Warden into Awakening, Origins was changed so that you did the Dark Ritual and lived.
By importing your Warden into Awakening, the game thinks that you never sacrificed yourself to begin with.
As for mentions in DAII, there are a few if you did the DR and lived, though none that deal with the DR. Like The Noble Conspirators in Act 1

So what happens if you sacrifice your warden and then import into awakening, is the warden mentioned as alive in DA 2?

Yup, because the import into Awakening treats it as if he never died in the first place. Awakening basically says "Your Warden survived through Origins by means of the DR". Then after you play it, you'll get a few mentions of things your Warden did that could only have happened in Awakening, like the quest I mentioned above.
If you want your Warden to be dead and still play Awakening with your decisions being imported as well, well.... you can't do that. It sucks I'll admit.

You can't even do that, you can only import from a save file where your Warden still lives, and so you are automated to the Dark Ritual.Dmasterman wrote...

Since the game doesn't save after you die you don't even have the option.
It would have been cool if you could import a sacrificed warden and continue his/her story as the Orlesian Warden.

Importing to Awakening makes it as if your character survived by some miracle, though in DA2 he/she is dead and another Warden did the events in Awakening.

@DoC: Wait, really? That makes no sense.
I mean, it makes sense but at the same time it doesn't make sense.
I hope that at least made sense.

Let me put it this way if I die today I cant write in the forum tomorrow or can I?
Same with the warden if he dies killing the archdemon, he can't show up in another place alive and well.. can he? Just make another warden.. the Orlesian warden was created to be the main hero in that game, or don't kill the warden, send Loghain to kill the Archdemon or Alistair.

Im pretty sure if you imported ur sacrificed warden into awakening, hell be dead in DA2 and the orlesian will have performed all of his post origin actions (remember devs saying that), also when my sacrificed warden was in awakening, it did not go to dark ritual, since i met up with morrigna and it was normal kid, not god child.
