I think I would be pretty pissed off too. But if you take him with you on quests, in his dialogue, he does not seem angry all the time. So, if you are just referring to his loyalty quest, there's a reason for that. Hell, you could bring up why Garrus is so angry and melicious during his loyalty quest too. Does it mean he's in the closet?.........no....no it doesn't, friend....
