Okay, this is a bit embarassing, but in essence: I have two accounts. See, I made an account to gain access to the Cerberus Network when I first bought Mass Effect 2, and my free Cerberus Network access that came with the purchase of the game (from Steam) is bound to THAT account.

Theeeen quite a while after I forgot I'd made that account and I made a new one to stockpile bioware points in, to purchase the non-free-with-Cerberus DLC, i.e. Shadow Broker, etc. Now I have Cerberus on one account... and the non-free-with-Cerberus DLC on another. And whenever I log on one account, it tells me it cannot authorize the content of the other account. So I can only seem to have one or the other.

Whenever I play ME2, it tells me it's "unable to authorize" some of the DLC...

Is there a way to merge accounts? Or transfer my DLC to another account? I'm at a loss here. I really don't want to have to purchase Cerberus all over again, and I certainly don't want to have to purchase the DLC all over again.

You are in the wrong place. There is nothing we can do here. EA is the only one to ask that from, although there is a "SITE HELP" forum to discuss the matter in.

Bleeeegh. I guess I gotta call them or something...? D'oh. Was hoping to avoid a bunch of red tape... Ah well, it was my stupid mistake... Suppose I'll have to pay for it one way or another.

You can go to support.ea.com and contact them through email. Keep in mind that EA isn't known for their great customer support. They are often incompetent and rude. I've been lucky in the past and had some good experiences with their support.
