I definitely want a tattoo from ME.  My top choice is to get Keelah se'lai accross my shoulders (I absolutely love Quarians).  I just don't know what kind of font to use or if anything should be added.  Any ideas?

Too late. I already have Gears of War and Pokemon. Call me stupid if you will but that's how I roll.

You definitely shouldn't do a game tattoo.
Also, music bands, TV shows, movies stars are a bad idea.
At least if you aren't confident about it, and haven't thought of it for years. If you're sure, a text is okay, it'll be like an insider joke a few years from now on.

I do have several tattoos, and I regret none of them. But that's because I took the time to think it through, what to go with and what to forget about.

Don't misunderstand me, I have no right to tell you what to do, nor do I want to. Just take it as an advice, consider it.

EDIT: considering you already have gaming tattoos, by all means, go through with it!
If I were you, I'd look up some Eldar font types from the WH40k universe, then modify it to reflect the unique atmosphere of the quarian race.

I would choose something that is subtle and doesn't scream Mass Effect too much. I'm pretty covered and am planning a Fallout themed one but its matches all of my old school tattoo;s.

Quote would be fine I think. The type not my thing, maybe go on dafont.com and try out some?

Pokemon tattoo? That sounds AWESOME.

Oh I understand completely. Let me put it this way: I used to be very athletic and travelled internationally for sporting events. Then one day I get screwed over and now I can't run or lift anything over 100 pounds. Honestly, if it wasn't for video games I would be absolutely depressed about life. Video games may be a hobby for most people but it is something I hold very dear.

I understand were people come from, they go "you'll regret it" etc, but I know I wont. Every tattoo I have gotten is about something that I love or something to remind me about. I'm not hurting anyone.

If all I have to worry about when I'm 80 is my tattoo's then my life would have been very easy. It hasn't been so far and like you games make me feel happy.

EDIT:

Just saw this on the ME Facebook page

Getting a tattoo shoulder to shoulder because of a video game is a bit over the top. Especially considering it's never even be officially stated what that means. It could mean "**** you guy" for all you know. If you're going to get a vidoegame tattoo, make it small. Like an N7 or a paragon/renegade sign. Of course I don't think that's a good idea either. If you get a tattoo it should actually mean something to you and mean enough that twenty years down the line you can look at it and think it was a good idea.

To all those who dis the gamer/movie/comic tattoos understand that Tattoos are a form of personal expression and should always be something personal and hold self meaning. if you love a game or movie or comic and wish to show that love with a tattoo you know you will not regret than by all means get it. never let the views of others hinder your self expression.

That's true to an extent. But not when a fifteen years old kid gets a tattoo of Modern Warfare 3 because it's cool at the time and he will question his initial will in a couple of years, and will regret it even more later.
What I mean is what I said before.
It's commitment. It sticks with you.
If one is commited to wear it, then by all means. I spent looong hours under the needle, there are reminders for entire episodes of my life in my arms and my back. And I wear them prodly. That's one thing.

But when someone takes it as a self expression purely because it looks cool at the time, then one should sit down and think about it. The opening post didn't make that matter clear, and I'm pretty certain that there are at least a handful of people who wrote for the same reason.

I understand what you mean.  Believe me.  I'm noy some punk kid that played the game and thought it'd be cool to get it scarred into my skin.  I have thought thoroughly about this as this game has made what I would say is a deep impact on who I am today.

I wouldn't mind a Mass Effect tatt. If I still love the game in a few years, I'll go for it.
