That's because you role play as Commander Shepard. I bet Peter Parker thought Jameson was a pain in the ass too. 
Stan Lee didn't make Jameson into a supervillain, look how that turned out. A franchise staple.

Except Jameson is usually played for comedy, or at least deliberately over the top. Other than THIS IS AN OUTRAGE, Udina doesn't get many moments to endear himself to anyone. He's usually just Mr. Totally Not Evil.

Not that that's a good thing- I would have loved to see more Jameson like characteristics in Udina. But even in Udina's own comic [well, own with Bailey], he fails to shine.

No actually I find Udina to be a great complex character but I still find him to be annoying.

His speech in the renegade council sacrificed ending was awesome and made me love the son of a ****.

He's pretty awesome in the Paragon ending too. It makes Anderson's monologue sound weak in comparison.

Yep, not only our boy Udina but TIM,Zaeed, Din Korlack and Saracino. If you aren't upbeat or liked by BW's fanbase of paladin xenophiles then you get turned into an assclown villain.
