Mordin's is pretty straightforward: nothing's drastically different but there's an interesting glitch and another bit of in-game dialogue that requires the save editor to see. Probably due to an oversight. Most of the material is from Garrus' mission. There's a bunch of conditional dialogue from Garrus regarding how well you protected him that got dropped. Not sure why. Maybe the triggers kept stepping on each other. They also simplified the Eclipse portion of the assault by removing an alternate route into the compound that you apparently would have been able to secure if you were fast enough.
