I liked Link's Awakening a lot, too. Some dungeons were good and some were bad. Some were hard as heck...Eagle Tower, dungeon seven...gave me fits. At least back then. Ocarina of Time is my favorite game ever, played that so many times. I remember my jaw dropping not only from the graphics, but the scale and features. I memorized all of the songs, even still remember some. Got everything in that game but one bottle, including the ice arrows and Neyru's Love. Majora's Mask was good, I didn't like the time limit though. Had to always use the Inverted Song of Time. Got all of the masks in that game. I didn't like Windwaker at first but then gave it another try and really enjoyed it, loved exploring the ocean and thought the artwork was pretty. Was a solid game. I loved Twilight Princess, however, and absolutely obliterated that game whole. I wish Zant was the main antagonist though and not Ganondorf, having Ganondorf as a prolonged antagonist hurt my feeling of accomplishment in previous games.

Well I'd like to bring up the point Zelda needs some voice acting and a continuation in the series instead of redoing it everytime. I'd like Link's journey to continue not a recreation.
No, that'll never happen. Rather, the story isn't redone, it's renewed for each generation, continuations are sequels.
