EDIT: BTW, I'm still hyped like a middle school girl for this game, so ya.

People with unrealistic expectations will be disappointed.
People with realistic expectations but for whom the choices went another way will also be disappointed.
People who don't want a balanced shooter-RPG will be disappointed but something 'pure' will be disappointed.
People who want a flawless story with no horrendous cliches will be disappointed.
Most people, however, will enjoy it quite well.

Doesn't a flawless story with no horrendous clichés generally fall under "unrealistic expectations"?

Scared.....definitely, only cause I love the series so much.
Will I get everything I want, I sure hope so.
Will I let some whiny people (hate or fanboy) dictate how I feel or how my expectations are.....H*** no.
I do not care what they think they read, nor will I let the opinion people have for marketing affect anything going into ME3; I've already made up my mind for buying ME3, all marketing is gonna do is show me stuff to decrease the pain for waiting.

Read the script; it's fine. Nothing worse than Benezia's dying speech or the Lazarus project (although it came close; there were a few twists where I wanted to find the writer responsible and slap him/her). There were also parts that legitimately made me laugh, parts that made me almost cry, parts that I didn't see coming, and parts that I could never have predicted, but make so much sense in retrospect that I can't believe I never figured it out.
It will be at least as good as the previous two titles. However, don't expect it to be the same as two previous titles.
Also, the gameplay mechanics are easy to clarify for yourself without plunging too deeply into spoilers. Basically, the shooting's better, and the skill/weapon customization is deeper.
Let me reiterate: IT WILL BE AT LEAST AS GOOD AS THE PREVIOUS TWO. The majority of people who are upset wanted something very specific to happen with the game that disagreed with what the ME3 team wanted (example: Cerberus are bad guys now and heat sinks are still in).

Waaaait, I'm totally missing something here. Did more info get leaked out or are we talking about the beta demo? Bioware needs to buy some major caulk.

That sounds good. Actually it makes me a little less concered. I really need to stop listening to the complaints of ppl on BSN.
