Thank you for reminding me of that game. It's not like I was planning to sleep tonight or anything.DominusVita wrote...
No. The few times I've been scared due to a video game were during my childhood, or close to then. (Amnesia: TDD the only exception) It takes an awful lot for me to be scared of millions of pixels on a monitor screen.

That Tali inflatable doll is really yours.
That Tali inflatable doll, interestingly enough, was neither Tali nor inflatable. It was just some random weirdo's homemade sex doll.

This thread is humorous! Anyways, I hardly care anymore what ME3 is going to be like, I just want to play it already.
It's actually starting to hit me that we are closing in on Mass Effect 3. It's going to look insanely close in January, on the other side of my vacation. We've reached the beginning of the end.
Exciting isn't it? Gives me chills really.

See this is what I'd like to know. Is there list anywhere stating which VAs are known to have come back?
Known Features thread maybe? A lot of 'em have been confirmed via @CabLivingstone's twitter, complete with pics:

In list form, for those who don't feel like sifting her tweets:
Hale and Meer (obviously)
Martin Sheen (also obviously)
Courtenay Taylor
Carrie-Anne Moss
Ali Hillis
Seth Green
Brandon Keener
Shohreh Aghdashloo
Michael Hogan
Lance Henriksen
Tricia Helfer
Liz Sroka (though she's going by "Ash" these days).
Kimberly Brooks
I think a couple more have been mentioned by other devs on Twitter. I'd have to go digging to find 'em.

Well, yeah. Should my opinion have changed somewhere halfway through November, then? It's was a disappointing script when it came out, and it still is now.
I like Shiala, Lorik, Saren and Garrus as well.Seriously. The only thing you like about Mass Effect is... well, I can't think of anything other than TIM.
I appreciate the reference.Arcian wrote...
Kaiser, you sad, pathetic baby, I saw YOUR FILM!
Well, I do have my moments. I try to keep business and pleasure seperated, though.DiebytheSword wrote...

It's not so much my morality and judgment being so excellent as it is everyone else's being so pathetically inferior.
See? I can be humble, too.
How amusingly expected. And here you say that you don't do "funneh".

I saw Kaiser expressing dissapointment with the script a few times. Hardly worth the name calling found within this post.Arcian wrote...
There's a big difference between questioning the quality of the script in a civilized and constructive manner, and incessantly whining like a b!tch varren in heat about it like Kaiser and his ilk does on a daily basis.
But such things are typical from you.
Anyways my opinion of the script? 4 years ago I discovered the Mass Effect franchise. It had only been out a week when I picked it up and I bought it on an impulse. 30 hours later I was in love. I replayed it again and again, seeing it from all possible angles and memorizing every square inch of the game's content and lore. 2 years later it's sequel came out. Although enjoyable it had many new flaws that were not in the original. Streamlining, lack of customization, the emergence of 'Rule of Cool' and other new 'innovations' made me question the direction of the franchise. HOWEVER, at the end of the day I still very much enjoyed the game and considered myself a fan.
Never did I think Bioware could make a decision that'd turn me off finishing the trilogy.
After reading the script? I may pick up a pre-owned copy of ME3 after a price drop.

a. The combat has always been TPS.
b. I can't tell if this was sincere or not.

Well that is what true RPGs are like obviously. Actually they would like it to be more akin to KOTOR gameplay just with better graphics. At least thats what some people seem to remember about ME1

Pssh, I dropped those antiques as soon as I hit Dantooine. They don't make that awesome "vwoom" sound the way lightsabers do. Plus, lightsabers do 2-16 damage and are fully upgradable. There is no comparison.

I hated the vibroblades in the game because they were underpowered and too readily available. Cortosis isn't lightsaber-resistant, it shuts off the lightsaber blade once the two come in contact. And it's also ridiculously uncommon. A more reasonable material would be the (even rarer) phrik.
Hmm, wouldn't it make less sense if they used phrik, if it's even less common than cortosis weave?
Awesome Avatar, by the way (Get it, get it?).

Well, it'd make less sense in terms of how common the weapons were, but more sense in terms of how the weapon interacted with a lightsaber. And cortosis was rare enough on its own that it'd be weird either way.Il Divo wrote...
