Hi, I'm playing Awakening, and I can't get my herbalism menu to open either from the quickbar or the skills menu. I've tried clicking on it in both places and nothing happens except that the outline of the icon briefly turns red. I have master herbalism, so I should be able to craft a few potions. Anyway, it's been ages since I played the game, so hopefully it's just me being daft, but I can't figure out what to do. Thanks in advance for any help!

A bit more information would hjelp (as per the stickies) but there are several things (not counting bugs) that can cause this. Did you double check your inventory? One or two plot stages will temporarily shut down certain gameplay elements like Herbalism (although it will usually upen with greyed out recipies if you simply don't have the ingredients). Also, any combat situation (even if it's in the distance not currently aggroing the party) may prevent access to Herbalism. Do you have the same problem with trap making or poison skill use?

Thanks for the reply! Sorry that I left out such basic info. I'm playing Awakening on the PC. The version is 1.04. Mine is the standard edition of the game. The poison menu works fine for one of the NPCs in the party, but my character can't use her herbalism in any circumstances. Clicking the icon does not bring up the menu. I do have numerous mods enabled, so perhaps one of them is responsible. I'll try disabling a few and see if that resolves the issue, unless you have other suggestions. Thanks again.
