For those of you who found your place in the universe after joining Cerberus, how do you feel knowing that the group you once looked up to is now trying to kill you?

Discuss.

Flame bait? I wanted to have a discussion on this topic. It would be no different if the Alliance (who I support) turned on me. I would ask others how they felt about.

You guys are really touchy with the subject matter. Sheesh...

When I saw Hackett on the SR-2 in Arrival I was convinced the Cerberus and the Alliance are one and the same. Alliance Officers are always pissed at their rebellious little brother because Cerberus doesn't need jurisdiction.

Anyone with a cursory awareness of C9316 would know he/she is not a Cerberus supporter by any measure.

Your response to him, however, only sheds more light on his claim.

Well they should feel stupid, and rightfully so. It was obvious from the start that they would turn on you.

I'll erase the Alliance part of the post and we'll just discuss Cerberus.

If people didn't figure it out after listening to the squad mate's reaction to giving the Collector Base to Cerberus, they were never going to get it.

Seriously even the squadmates who advocated keeping the base basically say later "YOU MADE THE WRONG CHOICE TROLOLOL!"

Hopefully Cerberus continues to be a morally gray organization in ME3, like they were portrayed in for most of ME2, but anyone whom believed they would be steadfast allies was really kidding themselves.

One would think Cerberus would value Shepard above all else, since he seems to be able to do the impossible quite often. Killing him kinda dooms them and everyone else.

My Shep's a sole survivor xenophile, so not really a Cerberus supporter. She sorta expected Cerberus to try to repossess her body at some point. TIM tried to turn her over to the collectors, what -- 3 times? I can see where Cerberus supporters would be upset, though -- the game builds TIM up to be a great, hyperintelligent antihero, so if it turns out he's just an indoctrinated idiot (I haven't read the spoilers) it's got to be a major disappointment. Heck, I'll be disappointed too if that turns out to be the case. I want a worthy adversary, not the Jowan of human supremacists.

It was blatantly obvious that Cerberus was not aligned with anything good! The fact that TIM had husk-like eyes told me everything. Plus he was too readable!
