the Demo was alot better than I expected. I don't like Searh that much. although I could just still be raging for the fact that I couldn't play as lightning for most of the game
2 characters + monster won't bother me really if the story can make up for it.(besides people would **** how characters are annoying and that they show too much emotion).
I am glad they kept the paradigm system, really it is the best one FF has had. It is quite easy to grasp(or maybe im just a fast learner).
anyway I would give this demo a 8/10.
still waiting for February 2nd for the game.

just replayed a few battles in FFXII. it is quite similar actually. it just doesn't feel like a drag to play through.

I agree, the demo was wreched to playthrough. At one point I convinced myself it would be more fun drinking a jar of acidic nails than suffer through the atroucious combat system.DRUNK_CANADIAN wrote...
The the sequel to arguably the worst game to bear the final fantasy namesake...I'm even including those Crystal Chronicles Bastardizations in this....and we all know how much better sequels tend to be relative to the original....lets use FFX-2 as an example.
I remember when FF meant something, a staple in RPG and fantasy. Long past, are those days.
