More like 600.

The Wiki reads: "Samara[/b] is a nearly thousand-year-old asari justicar, a member of an ancient monastic order following a strict honor code."

600 isn't nearly a thousand.

Alright...why is Wrex stronger than Samara? And Miranda, the near perfect human experiment, is on the same level as Kaiden and Jacob?

While Samara might have 300 years of experience, Wrex has been fighting since before the Krogan Rebellions, 1400 years ago.

Wrex isn't that old. Samara is near if not over a thousand.

Actually the Wiki, while not definitive, suggests Krogan live longer than Asari. I haven't found an exact age on either of them.

But I have other reasons for picking Samara. The Asari are considered the oldest and most advanced race. I simply think Samara would have gotten better training overall, and the fact she's a warrior monk says a lot about her unwavering commitment.

Wrex has better feats and hype.

Wrex:
Killed hords of merc alone.

Killed the Krogan Warlord who ambushed while heavily outnumbered.

Fought Asari commandos.

Killed a fu*king Thresher Maw on foot alone during his teenage years. That alone puts him above the rest.

Samara:
Killed hords of Eclipes Merc.

Butchered a village.

Equalled Nhillus a specter more decorated than Saren. (Turian version of Anderson)

Casually pulled back a Illium car that was thrusting forward. She litterally pulled back a speeding car with pure biotics.

Miranda perfect gene means nothing in combat profiency. She and Jacob have litterly the same role and same statement like Ash/Kaidan

One is a Sentinal the other a Vanguard. Both hybrid biotics who can't hold the bubble properly. Both are squad leaders.

BOTH HAVE EXACT SAME STATEMENTS SAID BY THE SHADOW BROKER

"I am glad you brought Shepard and Mis Lawson/Mr Taylor, T'soni his/her death will cripple cerberus"

Jacob survived Edem Prime alone. Saved the citadel from a Batarian bio weapon.

Miranda may have better genes. But Jacob has combat experience.

Kaidan is also similar to Miranda. Just trained to be best not bread to be the best.

Well we know, from his dialogue in ME1, that he was alive during the Rebellions. So just look at the dates and calculate.

Krogans live longer than Asari. I thought the Me1 codex said this. But most die premature death.

thats actually pretty much how it should go, but ive got problems with legion and ashley on your list.

the fact that legion gets the widowmaker trumps anything any other sniper can do. legion even has one of the 6 class signature abilities to boot. thane is only awesome if your playing on casual where his ammo power is actually usefully.

ashley is a spectre in ME3. how can a spectre NOT be one of the best?

and actually liara is a little high too. shes like a 12 year old. if shes just one notch below samara, then she should already be one of the best combatants weve met. when i rescue her on therum, she just sits there in the middle of the room hunched over the whole time. what a wuss.

Yeah I remember. I'v seen many things that contradict either side of the argument so honestly I really don't know how old Wrex is.

ME2 description on the site said she was like 600. Still an Asari matriarch.

Well since the lore is usually the most accurate descriptions of ones abilities (seriously how could jack manhandle YMIR mechs but get killed by a Geth drone?) it would seem the best way to do it but if its just random opinions than oh well.

She likely wouldn't simply have better training. Krogan Battlemasters are described as some of the best if not the best fighters in the galaxy. At the very least Wrex could be as old as Samara and Krogan seem to fight at early ages. Wrex wouldn't be as powerful as Samara biotically but depending on his age he would be a powerhouse. Even Skarr a Krogan Battlemaster was able to biotically punch a APC into the air. Even Saren was hesitant to go after a Krogan Battlemaster in the woods.

It would be a good fight between Samara and Wrex but I'm unsure who would actually win.

No, we don't know that, because he doesn't say that.  Lots of people seem to think he does, though.

By lore, Samara or Jack.

By gameplay, depends.

Grunt will live the longest( Legion is close for that one).
Garrus can do the most damage( Miranda is close for that one).

That's false.

Samara is almost 1000 years old, while Wrex never said he fought in Krogan Rebellions nor it was hinted.

You could just use the lore or cutscenes.
Edit: Even convos with a characters can give some info on their abilities.
