Man, I wish Shepard had a scouter. With a scouter, he could simply see the ki-level (power-level) of every squad member and then we'd know exactly who's the strongest.

Well since the lore is usually the most accurate descriptions of ones abilities (seriously how could jack manhandle YMIR mechs but get killed by a Geth drone?) it would seem the best way to do it but if its just random opinions than oh well.

Legion got pwned by husks. He has to be upgraded to handle the widow. He has no cutscene feats or hype showing is combat prowless.
Garrus took a rocket to the face. Took out a gunship with one single bullet.

The third died of a heart attack.

He is the best sniper period.
KaiAshley's specter status in Me3 is undeserving. They don't start me3 as specters. The become specters as a political ploy. Not due to skill.

She becomes a Specter. When she is injured in the medbay in the citidal. After she got injured by Eva bot.
Liara has BETTER on panel feats than most. From cutscene and comics.
Before Shepard she use to fights raiders,pirates and mercenary by the hords alone!
She rips through hords of Merc alone to get to shepards body in Redemption.
She TORE the interior of a shadow broker base apart JUST from getting angry.
Could equal an Asari Specter in Lotsb.
She has better feats than most.

well if you exclude upgrading legion, then what if i exclude upgrading liaras biotics? now liaras just got an SMG. what then?
if legions not the best sniper, then thane most definately would be. i love garrus and all, but hes not the best sniper, as well as being batman too. thatd be like lebron james having stephen hawkins brain.
ashley is a spectre only becasue of politics? so your saying spectres arent the best of the best? you just need to know a few people and bam, conrad vernors a spectre?

Thane, he is an assassin, which means he would have knowledge of body functions and vital organs, trained by the hanar he would defeat anyone if he could get the drop on them.

But I agree. Politics? Seriously? Shepard became a Spectre because of politics, because the Council wanted Udina to STFU. Then Hackett and Anderson personally recommended Shepard for Spectre status at the intro of ME1. And Shepard regains Spectre status in ME2 only because of politics as a show of good faith to humanity. Spectre isn't something you train to, it's something you gain because of politics.

Wrex is the best in all of those categories! He can lift the most weights, has the most HP, and cause the most destruction just from his body odor alone!

You can but I very much doubt anything conclusive can come from it. Just because one person can do something in a cutscene doesn't mean someone else couldn't and lore can be hashed and twisted endlessly short of the writers categorically telling you "this guy will take out all others".

The VS becomes a specter after she nearly dies on Mars and is recuperating in the citadel. While Shepard fought the VS got promoted.
