The suit will still be there, I doubt Bioware ever had any intent to scrap that suit completely. Odds are that you'll be able to switch between the armor and the outfit at your choosing.

Ash looks awesome and Ash-like again. Seems BW fixed her eyebrows back to old style and her skin appears darker again. Maybe the light?

I think she does. And she looks friendly - maybe their "old fight" is finally over?
Maybe she's just glad the team is together again. The "old" team. Wonder if Shepard thinks that too. ^^

BTW maybe I am biased, but Ash doesn't look like a "Botox-lady". There's nothing wrong with her looks anymore, BW tweaked her a bit to look more like original Ash (compared against older ME3!Ashley pictures).
