I'm basing that comment on the text in the upcoming artbook.  They came up with an Alliance-specific color scheme for ME3.

History says doubtful but he's probably the default for femsheps.

Looks great!  But to be honest: I couldnt care less on what Ashley is wearing, but at least some fanatics will stop moaning....about this (and will most certainly find something else to complain about).
