It will not be March until after the holidays, and after all of January, and all of February.

Just proof that you're not bothering to respond to what I'm actually posting, not that I should be shocked by that bahavior on a web forum. Try again -- 2) How much lower could it be cut without being one of those red carpet rags you see at the Oscars every year that has to be glued on to the actress?
Glued on to the actress?
I want to know what red carpet shows you been watching because if anything they wear more modest clothes than even you expect.

Wait... There is a trial? I thought it was taken out?
No that's the comity from the intro. There isn't an actual trial happening on Earth.

Isn't it a little coincidental that whenever shepard gets grounded, the reapers attack. Just look at ME1: the council grounds shepard, he takes it back and then Sovereign invades the Citadel. ME3: Alliance military grounds shepard and takes away the Normandy, and sure enough, the reapers invade from dark space. I can just see it now:didymos1120 wrote...

No, that's done with by the time that happens. In the beta leak, Shep is actually being called in as a consultant to a defense committee. The inquiry ended with Shep getting grounded but avoiding a court martial.
ME1:
Harbinger from dark space: Sovereign we just got word from our spies that Shepard has been grounded, ATTACK NOW WHILE HE'S VULNERABLE!!
ME3:
Harbinger from dark space: We just got word from our spies that Shepard has been grounded and they took his ship away. Now that he doesn't have that pesky AI screwing with us, HE'S VULNERABLE ATTACK NOW!!

The reason the black-whatever-dress is relevent is because it's a reflection of the gratuitous sexualization of the characters in the ME setting over time,

She's ALL about sex-appeal, and she would be in the industry she's in.

Nobody understands your point. From what I understand, what you are attempting to say is that dress = Oscar event: a flashy, sexy, sexed up attire to make men sweat. You feel that femShep's dress does this, because its an inch or two above her knees, and exposes the very top of her breasts.
Nobody else thinks this.

Actually, I would have pages ago, but for some reason it was important to some people to establish that it wasn't a "minidress" and that it was supposedly quite modest and sedate...
You could have easily just let it go or PM'd the posters. Hell you could have even made a new thread about it.

Animation is what made the skirt so short - not some "sexualization of characters".Killjoy Cutter wrote...
Missing the point, ODST. The point is that the black-whatever-dress couldn't be much lower cut without getting in that sort of territory where bits fall out without glue or double-sided tape.
The reason the black-whatever-dress is relevent is because it's a reflection of the gratuitous sexualization of the characters in the ME setting over time,
