Yep, you can swap outfits a la ME2, but they give different stat bonuses.

Okay, depending on who you ask, there's either more armor covering her chest in her classic Phoenix armor, or whoever designed her Mass Effect 3 armor was a female doctorate in fashion from France. The new armor is more, uh, "supportive" to say the least. That or it's heavier armor than the light Phoenix armor, which would make some rationalizable sense…

Given I long ago said I hoped for "his & hers" N7 armor for Ash and My Shepard, I have no problem with this
