The new armor is more, uh, "supportive" to say the least. That or it's heavier armor than the light Phoenix armor, which would make some rationalizable sense…

You know, that armor isn't terribly flexible. Armor is kind of known for that. It's possible she's always had large breasts, but her original armor made them look smaller.
