Wanted to argue but in fact your two last points are hurtful truth and I agree with them ><

For the other part they might be the minority, but are noisy enough to look as the majority to be honest, and about nerfing the equipment, apply that and you'll see the people throwing crap at it in no time.

IF they pull it off with DA3, and the game is awesome, then the positive feedback will outweight the negative(for the most part, since there will always trolls who won't stop no matter what, and the best thing to do with them, is simply ignore them), and IF they recieve critical acclaim, they'll be too busy raising their egos and waiting to see how many awards they get(Origins recieved a lot of Awards, Mass Effect 2 received even more, they can do it again, if they want).

about nerfing the equipment, apply that and you'll see the people throwing crap at it in no time.

Not Nerfing equipment, the Abilities of the character, the equipment would probably just be lost or something.

But, maybe you're right, still, like i said, the positive will outweight the negative(IF they pull it off, of course)

That's it. Awakening is juts after origins and before the other DLC. Hisher tale has not ended because it continued in the DLC, and finished or not depending on your choices there.

Morrigan's, Flemeth's, and Leliana's tale continues, but not your character who isn't dead but still alive? I  I didn't go into the mirror with Morrigan (I prefer redheads), and she told me that there was a package she left for me that will explain itself in time.  I want my Warden back!!  At least so I can open up the package.

Well Morrigan's doesn't, Flemmeth I believe is tightly (Flemmeth and tight, you know you don't want to associate those words during nightime Bayz but still here you are...happy nightmares) associated with the DA over plot of all Thedas in some respect. Might not.

Leliana just bugs me, I don't mean her apparitions which are ok as in my main playthrough I did not kill her, but still the fact that in some continuties she could be dead but she isn't because Bioware needs her for some reason...they could have gone for allowing Leliana for the ones that spared\\romanced her, make up another character for the ones who didn't.

Was nice to see her again though.

I was already upset a long time ago when it was revealed that Hawke would be the protagonist for DA2. :P Then again, it sounds like Hawke won't be returning for DA3 either, so I'm looking at the DA series as less of a "sequel" and more like "three different games that share the same setting".

I think it is a nice way to play. A hero is made out of the situation he is in. Not some merc traveling the world of dragon age finding bad ppl to slay. No instead he stays in retirement and in da2 the hero is a guy stepping up during his journey to do work in his town.

No thanks my wardens are done all of them! Good work biowarfare creating different PC for each story. It is refreshing

It would have been Ok if they hadn't made the Warden disappear at the end of 2. Having done that, they need to resolve his disappearance. I won't buy 3 if it isn't resolved-I imagine I may not be alone in this. Unresolved storylines will kill the DA franchise.

I don't know, I still believe that allowing Bioware getting hands on playthroughs will screw up more continuities...i see the points but still believe it will backfire at the end.

I don't think it would backfire... I mean it's fine if we have a new character! I'm sure Bioware would resolve every major outcome in the epilogue at least with or without the appearance of The Warden.

I mean that seen how they tend to sort out stuff...the "it was all a dream and Flemmeth is the Warden" kind of outcome doesn't seem out of reach.

I mean most of the time they decide to take charge on what happens with the characters in case where there is not (stablished) canon ending they tend to go for stupid (IMO things being said) outcomes...

Like "Leliana is not dead...she is not a Seeker now either! Seekers don't exist! Dog was the Maker!" kind of thing.

Don't know if I'm clear...

If Bioware was to make two games where one was like Awakening in the sense of allowing you to import your Warden or make a new character, and make a game where it was a predetermined PC; the first one would out sell the second and maybe come close again to Origins' sales again. There is something about importing your characters and decisions through games that people really like, just like the Baldur's Gate games; which wasn't DA suppose to be a tribute to?

It being a spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate was my understanding as well, and I actually feel that when playing Origins.  From what I've experienced with DA 2, that has unfortunately ceased.
