Bioware's customer support is rotten. I bought SWTOR and had
questions. I called EA support and hit their call me button they responded by
calling me within 5 minutes at least 3 times. The last time they referred me to
Bioware SWTOR support and I received the same multi-lingual message 50 times in
a row with a disconnect at the end of the message. No going into a queue or anything.
You folks at Bioware treat your customers like excrement. I will never purchase
your products ever again and will dissuade my gaming friends from doing the
same.

Silly person. No one from Bioware is in here. Read the forum description.  Just game playeres in here. We have no connection with EA, so  try to cry somewhere someone might pay a little attention. Perhaps LucasArts.
