Bioware's customer support is rotten. I bought SWTOR and had
questions. I called EA support and hit their call me button they responded by
calling me within 5 minutes at least 3 times. The last time they referred me to
Bioware SWTOR support and I received the same multi-lingual message 50 times in
a row with a disconnect at the end of the message. No going into a queue or anything.
You folks at Bioware treat your customers like excrement. I will never purchase
your products ever again and will dissuade my gaming friends from doing the
same.
customer support - I iwll never buy another Bioware product.
