Do either of these two send Hawke any quests after Act 1?
I'm just wondering if there's any negative impact for killing both of them, the second one being after Loose Ends is done?
Normally I lie about Lord Harriman's fate to Meeran when turning the quest in, to get the gold, but I was curious as to what the xp was like if I told him the truth, and later had to fight him and his mercenaries.

That's what I was thinking. I've done several DA2 playthroughs, but this little detail slipped my mind.
I just didn't want to miss out on any "extra work" in act 2.

No, unfortunately, after Act I, we never see them again in person, and we don't get any quests from them. I have a feeling that might have been something cut in development, like a more extensive job board with the Mage Underground in Act II. A shame.
