Star Wars Old Republic please for the love of god help

Ok. I bought the game and used the serial number given to me when I clicked www.swtor.com/preorder/code
. A screen came up and I entered the key. Then I go through the process of setting everything up including the overly excessive five security questions... and then I get to the product activation box. I use the key again, and apparently its already been used. The thing is I used it setting up the damn account. Now I called Bioware, but apparently they're so busy they can't take calls. Then I called EA who claims they're in the dark on all of this and they thought that I shouldn't even have to enter a serial code to download the game client (which is blacked out, it won't let me download it). So they were of no help either.

Now I tried posting this on the Old Republic forums but I couldn't post there for some reason. Now as you can imagine I'm pretty frustrated because it appears I wasted 60$ on a game I can't even play. If this issue isn't resolved I swear to god I will NEVER buy another bioware game. So if anyone can help me, I'd more than appreciate it.

Look, this site doesn't deal with SWTOR issues, the SWTOR site is very busy. I'd still post on the SWTOR forums when I got a chance. No one here can help you in this board.

wait a sec... you can only pre-order the sucker ATM, why would you pay... hell, I only gave a 5bucks to gamestop...

anyway, you do have to put your pre-order code, when you receive you Early Access code, you have to choose five answers to five security questions. that is done. when it's done you download the game from SWTOR.com. connect yourself, patch the sucker then play.

the game will only be released December 20th so the rest is for now not required. your bug is tagged on the game's launcher so this is a known fact. go there --> http://www.swtor.com...hread.php?t=359
