So what do you think about ths so far? Would you like the game to be more emotional, dramatic and more reality based when it comes to death? Or do you think it's to much?

I"ve heard that at some point in the game Soap and Dom will die and you won't have a choice on how to stop it or how to react..but I've heard that Dom's makes a little more sense than Soap's.
What you haven't heard is that you can save both of them if you do something to someone else.

So, when things get nasty---you're gonna feel it. We've known these characters for years now.
And I do hope (and expect) Shepard to be more..."human". It's great to be a badass, but it's even better to be a badass despite your inner turmoil.
We'll see, tho.....

I think the fact that Earth will be attacked is all by itself enough to make it more emotional. As it should be for ME3. The climax of the story should be amazing.
Amazing. Or like this (skip to 1:05).

I'm wondering. Do people really expect to be able to save everyone in a Galactic war against a nigh unstoppable enemy?

Nobody who has played Mass Effect 1 and has a brain (Well, you have one if you played ME1 and paid attention) thinks that.

In the leak, there is one scene in particular (it's a death scene, but I won't say whose) that really stood out to me as being emotional.

This game basically shows us the true threat of the Reaper invasion and it represents how weak we are in comparison to the Reaper threat. The first act of the conflict the Reapers attack the 2 military powers homeworld (Palaven and Earth) and utterly devastates it with little resistance. Millions died incredibly quickly and too make it more personnel they needed the kid to represent what Shepard is fighting for and what Shepard can easily lose.
Personally character deaths will ****** me off especially those that I really really like but is understandable. Although a Virmire situation would make it better since it gives people a way to choose. It would still be emotional and show that no matter how hard Shepard tries Shep will still lose people.
Unfortunately that is war.
