Ok trying to make a list of blood magic items.
Robe = blood magic + other stats (Wardens keep dlc)
Necklace= +spellpower ruined temple in ashes quest
I heard that there is a ring that gives you + blood magic, however I have not seen it. Do you have to purchase it? If so how much does it cost? I am considering shelling out 80 gold for a ring in the dwarf city. It gives 10 con and some health regen. Seems mighty nice for a blood mage.
Are there any mage staves good for a fire build? Besides the obvious ones available in the market district and camp. I am thinking nice along the lines of the staff from the dlc. I have not seen another staff that could rival it. Radiating frost is wonderful damage.

The ring for Blood Magic, IIRC, i received after doing the underground Dwarven Arena quests. And for fire staff, I never found a higher modifier for Fire Damage then the one you pick up from the vendor at the camp.
