I have heard that, after you kill Taliesin, Zevran will offer the Warden a gold earring as a gift. You can then reject it on the grounds that you only accept gifts with meaning. There will then be a second conversation later in which Zevran offers you the earring again, and will concede that it's "a proposal" if asked about it.

I have two questions: Will this second conversation trigger if the Warden is male? and When the Dragon Age Wiki says it will occur "if the Warden makes the right dialogue choices when pressing Zevran on why he no longer accepts sexual encounters," what is meant by this?

I'd like to see this dialogue, but if I can't get it, I'd rather just take the earring when it's first offered.
