I'm not connected to Xbox Live on my 360 anymore, broke my wireless 360 adapter. Everytime I try to play DA:O, DA2, ME or ME2 offline it says that my DLC "It's corrupt and cannot be used. Please re-download this DLC and try again."

Not all of the DLC is like this, Bringing Down the Sky for ME1. Arrival, Kasumi and Lair of the Shadow Broker for ME2 and the Warrior, Rogue Mage item packs 1 & 2 aswell as Legacy on DA2 still seem to work fine.

Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

Couldn't you temporarily use a wired internet connection to see if re-downloading helps?

Would if I could... the router is downstairs in the livingroom, I took my whole console to a friends and redownloaded everything there, but as soon as I tried to play the games without being connected to Live I got the same message.

It might have something to do with the usage restrictions on DLC... I had to get a new 360 awhile back because my old one stopped reading discs.

For some annoying reason many DLC's from Bioware have to have a constant internet connection or they say they are corrupt, in actual fact they are not corrupt but sort of locked, I think bioware think that they need to authenticate the content even after it's downloaded, drives me crazy because like you an internet connection has to be wired and that is impractical and near impossible.

I hate this and a fix, however unlikely, would be great.
