Meh.

EDIT:

Don't really think so as the eye color is blue not gold.

Well they Changed Flemeth's Eye color from Yellow to Gold.

Though, of course, Flemeth isn't as big as Morrigan.

EDIT 2:

Well, i just checked, they didn't changed the Eye color of Any of the other characters(Except for Merrill, but she of wasn't as big as Alistair, Leliana and Zevran, and Surprisingly, Isabela didn't got eye change even though she wasn't big either), so i doubt that they would change them for this one.

But, IF she is actually Morrigan, then maybe going through the Eluvian and recolecting the supposed power she was after changed her eye colors?

Damn, i let that door wide open.

how come i didn't see it.

Well Played :P

Anyway, i assume you know what i actually mean, but for the Easily Confused:

Flemeth is not as POPULAR as Morrigan.

Gorgeous... simply Gorgeous. Seems like her time in Orlais and Leliana's suggestions while in Denerim made an impression.

Witch Hunt which takes place at least one year after the AD dies, if not several. And then goes to Eluvian Land after that for presumably a long time to gather power.

2.5 years actually.

But even if she did go to Orlais, I don't see her as the type to adopt their fashion to fit in. I'd see her as more of the Rasputin type that maybe is viewed as a curiosity by the Orlesian aristocracy for being so out of their expected norm and then the Orlesians end up adopting some of her aesthetics as a new trend.

I can see that. I can also see her fitting into Orlesian society because she makes jokes at other peoples' expense, which is basically what Orlesians do.

Where are you guys getting blue? If you zoom in, you can see that her eyes are a pale yellow. Unless my monitor is playing tricks on me...

Your Monitor is Playing Tricks on you.

Doesn't matter anyway, the link kinda leaves implied that this is Fan Made.

Well, good thing I am getting a new one for Christmas.

But yes, this is fanmade. The blog says as much.

Does this Jason Howard actually have any relation to Bioware?

The model looks good though. No more man-shoulders. Much better than in Origins IMO.

I agree although it was implied that she was in Orlais in some court or something. He did these other concepts that fit my concept of her nicely. I like the longer hair and the examples on the far ends of these (especially the left one even though it's really close to her Origins look). http://scribblingand..._concept_01.jpg

Liked the first one on the left.

I don't know why, but her hair remember me of Claudia Black...

Also the outfit is nice.

Well, Claudia Black does provide the voice of Morrigan, so it's fitting that she would maybe have some parallels to Claudia Black's appearance.

I know, i'm kinda in love with her voice, every game that i hear it, i immediately starts to like the character...

Is just that i don't remember ever seeing Claudia Black with short hair, so i never made an conection of her to Morrigan on the appearence side, just on the voice.

That fan concept made me do it on appearence too. Especialy on some moments of Farscape.

However they redesign her for the next game she is in I hope they do a good job.

I like that design though, but it'd take a bit to get used to.

Also why do people dislike Alistair's look in DA 2...I didn't mind it that much. Zevran looks weird though.

I actually like it a lot. I think we need to remember this is a much older Morrigan. She looks like a Morrigan that is becoming middle aged and much more mature.

Origins Morrigan still seemed like a young inexperienced woman. This fan managed to capture what I'd expect of Morrigan after wandering around the world for ten years. Essentially Morrigan looks like a cougar. Not the animal but a mature woman who is still good looking enough to pursue young men.

Of course I'd drop the sword simply because it's just like Tali's boot knife. Extra faces/polygons that are just taking up room. Unless of course that sword uses the same texture map as her skirt then it might be a little more complicated to remove.

I''m guessing you didn't romance him in DAO   I was dissapointed in both his and zevrans appearance although with Alistair it was rumoured to be a lighting problem and not the actual face mesh...I think that Merril and Isabella were definite improvements, but I was dissapointed with Anders a little also (mind you after he turned into a homicidal maniac I didn't care anymore)......

She looks a bit older, which would work really well for DA3.

It's a nice design, but it doesn't really look Dragon Age-y to me. Not even Dragon Age II-y.

It's kinda cool...

i saw DA2 face for Morrigan , and i threw up a little in my mouth.

I hope if they bring her back , they won't forget she's supposed to be pretty.
About her outfits , it's kind of nice.
I'd like to find her looking maybe more powerful and "grown up" (but it depends on how she evolved along the way)
I just hope her outfit will reflect some changes , because she had a kid and probably lived some adventure on her own.
