It is simply because women got period every month, so naturally the tainted blood will go out, eventually there are no taint left anymore

Women can't be a Grey Warden if there is no taint left. Women only become Grey Warden temporaily and don't have to going for the Calling.

And i think that is the ultimate answer for all the huss and puss about women Grey Warden fertility.
