I've just installed Dragon Age II, activated and registered the game and tried to enter my Online Pass, to access the Black Emporium. However, I'm being told that the code is not recognised. According to the CD packaging the code is valid until 31st March 2012 (it's now 18/12/11). I'm being directed to a tech support page that is, in fact, no help at all.

I'm running a CD version of the game

Any ideas where to go from here?

OK, scrap that, the numpty had an erroneous character!
