It isn't about being straight, homosexual or bisexual. For example, Leliana should of been pissed at the Warden who defiled the ashes, but she isn't that sucks and should be improved on. Just because that sucks doesn't justify the quality of everything else being generic one size fits all. The argument isn't being bisexual lowering quality. It is the idea of them being straight, homosexual and bisexual at the desire of Shepard creating generic romances that stagnate in depth.

For example, when Miranda has a dossier about meeting men, inquires about viability of pregnancy, passing on her genes, etc. I think her being into femShep without an explanation(dialogue of why) would be odd. Since you know it seems to clash with an important issue to her. (Passing on her gifts)

Ideally they add that dialogue and more for other preferences. But then you may get two different Miranda's that could cloud the "idea" of the character. Or they cut issues like that too create a more generic problem that doesn't care about your preference. That could lead to limiting the writer's options and the romance.

actually that's false. I have plentyof BSN friends who are not in favor of S/S romance being involved with certan character and I respect it. It's when you start being an **** about it and telling people the way tey play their games are wrong. That's when you are labeled a troll, sexist, and homophobic. For example: I want there to be Same sex, but the one character I can't see that with is Jacob. I do't know why, I just don't. I am in favor of Ashley, Kaidan, Miranda, and Tali being S/S romances though.

Just because you respect your friends opinions it doesn't mean that others do. The majority of the times I've walked into the S/S threads and someone has posted a logical explanation to why they're against making everyone Bi for example, they've been flamed and called homophobes. It's ridiculous.

I just really don't want them to waste time making all characters romanceable and all characters bisexual...plus its unrealistic (though that isn't the main reason, the first thing I said was the main reason.)

It's one part of the fanbase that irks me. I don't care who wants to get it on with whom. If there are legitimate logistical issues, that would be one thing, but this is not the case. Also, try scrolling up and down with those pyramids. Ride the wave of quote lines.
