 Check it.

Well his son is crazier than him. I expect a tactical nuke and WW3 sometime in 2012, I'll get drafted and die in some form of prison camp. I knew that year would suck.

Very strange indeed: Vaclav Havel (Czechoslovakian leader) and Kim Jong Il (leader of Korea) both died in 18-19 December period, approximately one month after my birthday.

Hmm... I'm not so sure this is a good thing. In fact, it could potentially be very bad.

I would hold off on the hoorays and Team America jokes for a bit - this could get ugly fast.

Why aren't more people interrigent? Like me?

Seriously, I doubt the son could be any more crazy than the father in this case. I was actually more concerned that Kim Jung-il would start a war before his death.

The whole thing hinges on what kind of person Kim Jong-un is. Virtually nothing is known about him, so it's hard telling what will end up happening.

But I do know: he's either going to be a d***, a p***y, or an ass**** - and that, my friends, is what will determine NK's future.

Yeah the guy's a total wild card, which can be good or bad depending on what he does.

Hopefully his death sets in motion a chain of events that leads to the collapse of the North Korean government and freedom and democracy for the people of North Korea.

I don't expect it though.

I really don't think the people of North Korea want 'freedom' or democracy.

What about middleground ... Socialistic Empire with democratic laws or Socialistic Republic?
The two end of the rope aren't always the answer.

Maybe he'll branch out and decide to open North Korea to the world, maybe he'll isolate it further, maybe he'll declare war for his father.  Too many unknowns, it's scary.

He may choose the China's Path and it shall be a good decision. Then the North and South can compete eachother ...
Unification of Korea is the best choice, but it takes many years for preparations.
