 I have a problem in regards with an email address.

So I am trying to log in with my email address that I used for my previous account, but it says "there is no account with that email address", so I went to try and create an account with that email address, and it paradoxically says "there is already an account with that email address", so I'm just baffled, confused, and frustrated, to say the least...

Please can someone help my issue?  I have purchases on there that I absolutely DO NOT want gone, under any circumstances.

Before you ask, I did not:

1.  Change the email address of that account

2.  Deactivated that account(if there is even an option here)

I did however, if I can remember, either deleted my ea master account linked to this ea bioware account, or changed the email address.  Do not ask me why, I do not remember at all exactly, it was probably some sort of account issues, however I have no doubt it is NOT AS BAD AS THIS ONE...

The email address of that old account I will give to, for anyone who is affiliated with the site.  If the contents of my old account can be transferred to this new one, I would appreciate that...

Please private message me the original email address, the email address you want to use and the date of birth on your EA/BioWare account.

Once I have that information and can verify ownership, we can proceed with further account maintenance.
