Yes, I have called customer service about the fact i pre-ordered the game under the origin website to get early game access LOL its a joke and a scamm. I told them how i have waited days to get in the game but it just says i dont have a active account , best part is i do and i can log into it on the web and not only is it active it also has 30 days game time and is the deluxe edition and has the security addon and all there happy crap they want you to do. Says you are active and down load and play LOL LOL i have downloaded it 2 x and it still wont let me log in to the game. so i call BioWare Customer Service today and they tell me well you have not recived your early game access email....ya no **** Captain Obvious.....and then tells me "nothing they can do I need the invite... I PAID FOR THE IVITE BY PRE-ORDERING AND YET DAYS LATER NEVER GET THE EMAIL TO EVEN PLAY HMM
So I ask him who is incharge of this email invite process. he says BioWare , im like am i not talking to a BioWare rep right now , he again responds yes but its another department ,,,, can i be transfered to a member of that department then he says no we dont let customers talk to that department OMFG!!!!! so i cant talk to tthem he cant talk to them and I cant get the prommised early game invite or anything. He says you just have to wait and hope it comes today. If not I can basically jump in a lake and take it in the ass and get scammed by bioware. Funny how no one has the power to talk to another department in this worthless company.
So i have decided if i cant get my early game access then i was lied to when sold a $85.00 game and have been SCAMMED by BIOWARE AND ORIGIN AND ITS MOTHER COMPANY EA
So now i am going to post as many Blogs and Forums about there deceptive ways and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that cant do **** to help the customer.

Sorry, but the swearing, editorializing, and inappropriate user name are not helpful. Also not helpful is the fact that you are complaining in the wrong place. This forum is to get support for issues regarding BioWare's online merchandise store. Not Origin, not game support, and definitely not SWTOR support, which is handled over at www.swtor.com.
So before you get your knickers in a twist, please use the correct avenues of support and keep a civil tongue in your head if you want help. No one likes to be screamed at and insulted. Thank you.
