Hi.

We purchased Dragon's Age Origins, which also came with Awakenings.

The question I have is we are looking to purchase the strategy guide and I noticed that there was a guide for each.  Which guide do I need to purchase, or do I need to purchase both??

Any help would be great as we are new gamers.

thank you,

Craig

You still need to register the game in the user profile.

Hi... We purchased this game on Ebay and received the CD's I do not see a registration number. The only number I have is to get additional content packs online and that number is:
7PF5-FH7Z-B8US-JZ9Q, but that didn't work when I typed it in. We are stuck and trying to get some info on a quest. What do I need to do??

Thanks,
Craig

You'll need to contact the seller if he /she removed the registration number.

You don't need a strategy guide. Just play the game. The first hour or so of the game, I forget the exact length, will teach you all the basics. A strategy guide is a waste of money. Half the fun is figuring things out. Not like DAO is extremely difficult. If normal turns out to be hard, turn it down a notch.

For the quests, read the quest. It tells you what you need to do, but you have to read it. If you still can't figure it out, there's always google and the wiki.

You may be correct about that much, but you ignored the fact that as far as Bioware / EA are concerned, the OP does not own a legal copy of the game.  Very interestingly, moreover, he / she joined the forums 13 months ago, and has NEVER registered any Bioware game here in the Social Forums.   I wonder why not.
